On short notice and for an urgent issue, a program had to be ordered and sent to meet a strict deadline. Normally a program is mailed; but mailing the program this time was not an option. "With the impressive and dedicated efforts of Jeff Westbrook and Ryan J. Little, both of Cat Logistics; Jason Barker, CSE Software, Support Services; and Kevin Grier, Cat Electronics; the program was provided to us electronically via a SIFT transmittal and long story short, the truck left Albuquerque at 6:00 a.m. this morning, less any system faults. These folks understood the urgency of this matter, made several phone calls corresponding with the different groups to provide our dealership with the tools necessary to solve the issue—and for their efforts, we're grateful. We can NOT do without efforts like this. Thank You ALL for being good at your jobs!"

"The CSE team was tasked with the quality assurance testing for the Flash 8 eLearning Template. This Template is the key delivery mechanism for our eLearning products. The eLearning produced with the Template can be run from a CD-ROM (stand-alone) or placed in an AICC compliant LMS (web). In addition, the Template supports 11 languages.
